How does the On-Demand Plan work?
Upon completing the Onboarding form, one of our team members will reach out to you to discuss your design needs.
Base price is $50 but final price is based on complexity of the design needed.
What's included in the Unlimited Plan?
Unlimited design requests (one active at a time), unlimited revisions, and fast 1–2 business day turnaround. Ideal for ministries needing consistent, high-quality graphics every week.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
Subscribers can submit unlimited requests, but we work on one request at a time to ensure quality. Once one is completed, you can queue the next.
How long does it take to get a design?
Most designs are delivered within 1–3 business days. Complex or multi-piece projects may take slightly longer, and we’ll communicate that up front.
Do I own the designs you create?
Yes. All final designs are yours to use however you’d like for your church or nonprofit. You may request editable files if needed.
What’s the revision policy?
On-Demand includes limited revisions, while subscribers enjoy unlimited revisions on each request. We’ll always aim to get it right quickly and efficiently.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You’re never locked in. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard, and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
What if I have a last-minute request?
We recommend subscribing for priority service and fast turnaround. Rush jobs for Pay As You Go users may incur an additional fee depending on the timeline.
